Code of conduct
Wasil works because a stranger agrees to carry something for you. That only holds if everyone behaves well. This applies to shoppers and travellers equally.

Treat people as neighbours
Be courteous in every message. Many people here are travelling for Umrah or Hajj — meet that with the manners it deserves.
No harassment, no abuse, no comments about anyone's nationality, religion, gender or appearance. There is no warning for this one.
Be honest
Describe what you want accurately. Describe what you bought accurately. Send a real photo of the real item.
Do not inflate a price, invent a receipt, or claim an item was damaged when it was not.
Show up
Agree a handover time and keep it. If your plans change, say so early — a traveller who has already bought the item is out of pocket until you meet.
Repeatedly abandoning deals will cost you your account.
Keep it on Wasil
Arrange handovers through the app. Anyone who asks you to move to another app to pay is trying to take the protection away from you.
