Never carry
Anything sealed or pre-packed that you have not looked inside. This is the rule that protects you most.
Medicines or supplements for someone else. Weapons or anything resembling one. Live animals or animal products. Cash, gold bullion or jewellery of significant value.
Anything requiring a licence or permit to import, and anything you cannot legally bring into your destination.
Check before you buy
Liquid and perfume allowances vary by airline and by destination. Oud and perfume are what this marketplace mostly moves, and both are liquids.
Zamzam water has its own rules: the airline carries it in the cargo hold as its own sealed container, never inside a passenger's bag.
Payment
Never pay or accept payment outside Wasil. Money outside the app has no escrow, no record and no recourse.
Never share your handover code before the items are physically with you.
Accounts
One account per person. Real name. 18 or over.
Do not create a request or a trip you do not intend to honour.
